We paid about 90 Lakhs for our unit. The project by Soch Developellp has been completed, and it's ready to move into, which was perfect for our needs. The swimming pool is a big hit with the kids, and the landscaping makes the complex feel pleasant. A small concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is quite common in developing areas. The rainwater harvesting system is a good eco-friendly feature.
