    We decided to check out Shivam Ratnam Greenfield by Shivam Corporation in Vadodara. It's located in Taali, opposite Malabar Valley. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by March 2027. They offer 2 and 3 BHK flats. The 3 BHK carpet areas are between 789 and 852 square feet. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting they plan to do. Also, the provision for rainwater harvesting and water conservation is something we appreciate in our retirement. The children's play area is a bonus for visiting grandchildren. The entrance lobby looks quite grand in the plans. It seems like a peaceful place to settle down.

The 3 BHK flats have a carpet area between 789 and 852 square feet. I liked the idea of the gymnasium and the lift facilities. Being a government employee, I look for reliable develope, and Shivam Corporation has a track record. The area is developing, which is good for future appreciation. However, parking seems like it might be an issue once more residents move in, especially if you have more than one vehicle. The footpaths are a good addition for walking.
