The 2 BHK flat is a good size, around 1130 square feet, perfect for my family. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief. Power backup is also a plus, especially during monsoon season. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
