I was looking for a ready-to-move property and this fit the bill. The built-up area of 1075 sq.ft is decent for the price point, starting at 27 Lakh onwards. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure and the fire fighting system, which are important safety features. My only minor gripe is that the parking space could be a bit more generous, especially if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, Shivam Developedelivered a functional property.
