We finally decided to buy our own place and chose Shivalik Sharda Harmony. As teache, we needed something accessible and comfortable. The location near Panjarapole Crossroad is decent, though getting onto the main IIM Road can be a bit slow during school pickup and drop-off times. We opted for a 3.5 BHK flat, about 1246 square feet carpet area, which gives us much more room than our rental. The partial power backup is very helpful. We also looked at the gymnasium and the indoor games area. The price was around 1.85 Crore, which was at the top of our budget. The developer, SHIVALIK GROUP OUP UP P, seems to have focused on practical living spaces, which is what we wanted. We are still getting used to the larger space.
