We chose Shivalik 2 because it's so close to Swaminarayan Gurukul Vidhyalay, practically zero distance, which is a huge relief for school drop-offs. The hospital is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. We looked at a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 320 Sq.ft. It seems sufficient for now, but we are hoping the construction quality from Shivalik Buildcon holds up. The completion date is September 2025, so we have some time. The internal roads and footpaths look good in the plan. My only worry is that Chitra is getting very crowded, and traffic can be a nightmare during peak houHopefully, the internal roads will ease some of that congestion.
