It is located in Chhapraula, Sahara City, Ghaziabad. The area is relatively quiet compared to the main city. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup, as these are essential for comfortable living. The price range of 45 L to 65 L felt appropriate for the villa size and the amenities provided. The Shaheed Sthal Metro Station is nearby, which is convenient for occasional travel. The developer, Shivaay Home, has completed the project, and it is ready for possession.
