    I picked Shiv Vatika in Waluj because it's so close to Podar International School and Waluj Hospital, basically zero distance. That makes my life so much easier. The 2 BHK flat I'm looking at has a carpet area of 592 sq.ft, which feels like enough space for me. Gurudatta Toweseems to be doing a decent job with the construction, it's still under construction with completion expected by December 2028. The main concern for me is the road leading to the project, it can get quite dusty during dry weather, and I hope they pave it properly soon. The 24X7 water supply is a big plus though, no worries there.

My only worry is that Waluj can get really crowded, especially around Kamgar Chowk Bus Stop which is also nearby. Hopefully, the traffic situation doesn't become too much of a hassle.
