This is my fit flat purchase, and I'm a bit nervous but excited. We looked at Shiv The Pearl because it's under construction and seemed like a good entry point. I really liked the idea of the vertical garden and the infinity pool, which sounds amazing. We are considering a 3 BHK, which has built-up areas ranging from 825 to 911 square feet. The location in Vatva, South East Ahmedabad, is okay, but the traffic on the main road can be quite bad during peak hou, which is a slight concern for daily commuting. The completion is expected in December 2029. The developer, Shiv Buildcon, seems to be focused on modern amenities like sensor-operated dooand lifts, and hi-tech security.

Shiv Buildcon is the developer, and they have a few projects in the area. The completion date is December 2029, so there's still time. The price point was reasonable for the potential rental yield I'm expecting. The G+13 floor skyscraper towelook impressive on the plan. I'm hoping the rental demand stays strong here.

Being a single woman, security is my top priority, and Shiv The Pearl offe24/7 hi-tech security with CCTV and an entrance gate security cabin, which gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure. The location is decent, with Amraiwadi Metro Station about 4.78 kilometeaway, making it accessible. The only drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in the Vatva area, which is unavoidable right now. Power backup for common areas is also a good feature for emergencies. The developer is Shiv Buildcon.
