    As a retiree, I sought a peaceful and comfortable home, and Shiv Shiv Rang in Bakrol, Anand, seemed fitting. We looked at the 6 BHK villas which have a built-up area between 2836 Sq.ft and 3527 Sq.ft; these are quite large. The inclusion of a Swimming Pool and Community Hall as amenities is appealing for social interaction. The developer, Shiv Infra, is known for quality construction. However, the access road to the project site could be better; it feels a bit narrow and dusty currently, which is a minor inconvenience during construction. Despite this, the idea of living near BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir is attractive. We are hoping the internal roads will be well-maintained.
