It provided ample space without being too large to manage. The developer, Shiv Sai Develope, seems to have focused on creating a serene environment with their landscaping and tree planting efforts. Being a ready-to-move property completed in July 2020 meant we could settle in without delays. The proximity to Integrity Supepeciality Hospital is reassuring. While the Ujjwal Nagar Metro Station is a bit far at nearby, the overall tranquility of the area is what appealed to us most.

It’s a significant upgrade from our previous rental. The location on Hudkeshwar Road is developing, and we liked the idea of having a dedicated villa. Shiv Sai Developecompleted the project in July 2020, and it felt solid when we inspected it. The amenities like landscaping and tree planting are basic but well-maintained. Our only concern is the dust on the main Hudkeshwar Road due to ongoing construction in the vicinity, but we hope it settles down over time.
