    We just got our fit flat at Shiv Pratham Flats. It is a 2 BHK and the carpet area is around 447 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. The location in Bhakti Nagar is pretty convenient, close to H J Doshi Hospital. We were looking for something ready to move and this fit perfectly. The builder, Shiv Pushp Builde, seems to have provided good amenities like car parking and power backup. We also liked that each room has its own balcony, that was a nice surprise. We have not faced any major issues so far. The lift works well and the service lift is also functional. It was a big decision for us but we feel good about our choice.
