The proximity to Nashik Cambridge School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is a major advantage. The area around Pathardi Phata is quite accessible. The only minor issue is that the carpet area, while decent, might feel a bit compact for a growing family long term. But for now, it's a significant upgrade from our rental.
