It's a ready-to-move project, which is excellent for immediate rental income generation. The key draw for me, besides the space, is the proximity to major amenities like Bloom International School and Yatharth Hospital, both at nearby. This locality has good growth potential. The main downside is the traffic can get quite heavy during peak houon the main road.
