I opted for a 3 BHK with around 1580 Sq.ft built-up area, priced at 1.12 Crore. The developer, Shirdi Shelte, has included features like High-quality Quartz Countertops & Tiles and Smart Digital Locks, which are practical. While the location is good, the traffic getting to the main roads during peak houcan be a bit challenging. The completion date of October 2032 means it will be a while before I can move in.
