The option of plots between 600 sq.ft and 2400 sq.ft was good. We settled on a 1200 sq.ft plot. The price range from 7.2 Lakh to 28.8 Lakh was reasonable for the area. The developer, info, has equipped the project with a club house and a swimming pool, which our kids are excited about. Being ready to move is a big plus. The only minor issue is that the roads leading to the project are not the best, a bit narrow and dusty.
