The best part is Scholar Academy Senior Secondary CBSE is just a 6-minute drive away, making school runs very easy. We also liked that there is 24x7 water supply and security. The plot size we are considering is 5382 sq.ft. My husband liked the landscaping and tree planting around the common areas. We haven't finalized the builder yet, but Shine City Infra Project Pvt Ltd seems to have a decent offering here. We are waiting to see the final pricing.
