Relocating to Pune for work, I was looking for a convenient place and found Shinde Residency in Ale. I picked a 3 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 615 sq.ft. The project is by Shinde Developeand is slated for completion in December 2027. It is currently under construction. The proximity to Moraya Hospital & Maternity Home, a short distance, was a major factor in my decision. They have also included a fire fighting system, which is crucial. The area around Ale is developing, and the highway access is decent. I do hope the construction dust is managed well during the remaining period. The amenities like closed car parking are also a plus.

They have also included storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant, which are important. The location on Nagar Kalyan Highway is okay, but the actual access road to the project area seems a bit narrow. Overall, we are happy with the space we are getting.
