This is my fit time buying a home, and I was looking for something in a good locality. Shilpan Nova caught my eye because it's located in Yogi Nagar, close to Univeity Road. I liked the idea of a 3 BHK with a carpet area of around 960 sq.ft for my future plans. The project has a children's play area, which is important, and also a gymnasium. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The developer, Shilpan Builde, seems to have a decent reputation. The only thing I'm still considering is the exact price point, as that information wasn't readily available, but the overall feel of the project is positive. It's good that it's ready to move in, so I don't have to wait.

We are looking at a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area options, from 960 sq.ft up to 1260 sq.ft, provide good choices. The project includes essential amenities like a lift, car parking, and a gymnasium, which are important for daily comfort. The proximity to the Jamnagar-Rajkot Highway is also beneficial for commuting. While the project itself is good, the price point wasn't available, which made budgeting a bit challenging. Also, the Raiya Tele Exchange BRTS Stop is nearby, so public transport access isn't immediate. Still, the ready-to-move status is a huge relief.

As a government employee, I value stability and a good community. Shilpan Nova in Rajkot offejust that. Being situated on Gangotri Park Main Road, Univeity Road, provides good connectivity. I looked at a 3 BHK with a carpet area of about 1200 sq.ft; it felt quite large and well-designed for family living. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. I also saw they have dedicated car parking, which is essential. The presence of a spa and an amphitheater are interesting additions, though perhaps not primary considerations for me. The project being ready to move is a significant advantage, avoiding construction delays. The proximity to TGES - S N Kansagra School, nearby, is also a major benefit for families.

Finding a spacious home close to good schools was our priority. Shilpan Nova is perfectly situated with TGES - S N Kansagra School at nearby and Synergy Supepeciality Hospital also at nearby. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, particularly the ones around 1200 sq.ft carpet area, which felt generous for our family. The children's play area is a big plus, and the overall landscaping makes it feel quite green. We like that it's ready to move, so the kids can settle in quickly. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. The only slight drawback is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have multiple vehicles. However, the convenience of the location and the size of the flats outweigh this minor issue for us.

The proximity to Synergy Supepeciality Hospital, practically zero distance, was a major deciding factor. I also liked that it's on Gangotri Park Main Road, making access easier. The 3 BHK flat I viewed had a carpet area around 1100 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough. They have a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great for staying active after long shifts. The entrance lobby also looks quite premium. My only initial concern is the traffic on Univeity Road during peak hou, but hopefully, living within Yogi Nagar will mitigate that somewhat. Overall, the ready-to-move aspect and the location near my hospital are the biggest pluses.
