The gymnasium and yoga area are great for staying fit. Having granite kitchens with sinks and designer bathroom tiles adds a touch of quality. The main challenge has been the slightly higher built-up area for the price compared to some other projects I looked at, but the ready-to-move status was a major deciding factor for my immediate relocation.
