We chose Shilp Shaligram because of its family-friendly amenities and location. The 4 BHK apartment is a generous 3230 to 3356 square feet, providing ample space for our growing children. Prakash School is only nearby, which is incredibly convenient for school runs. The Shilp Group has included a cricket pitch and volleyball court, which the kids are thrilled about. While the price of around 4.03 Crore for a 4 BHK is high, the overall package is appealing. The 7-story low-rise building aspect makes it feel less crowded. The main concern for us is the limited car parking, especially when we have guests over. The 24x7 security and fire sprinkleare definitely important factofor us.
