The location in Taali is also convenient for them to access local markets and parks. The price was within our budget for their comfort. It is a ready to move property which made the process much easier.

I bought a 4 BHK villa in Shilp Residency primarily as an investment. The area in Ghanghretia, Vadodara, has shown potential for growth. The super builtup area of 1700 square feet for the 4 BHK is a good size for rental purposes. The price point of around 63.99 Lakh seemed reasonable given the configuration and the fact that it was ready to move since January 2012. While the OC is not available, the developer Shilp Group and Shailesh Enterprise has a track record. The nearby Waghodia Taali Ring Road is about 4 kilometeaway, which is good for connectivity.
