We finally bought our fit home at Shilp Courtyard. The 1557 square feet 3 BHK felt spacious enough for us to grow into. It's ready to move which was a big deal for us, we didn't want to wait yeaThe price was around 99.24 Lakh which was at the higher end of our budget but we felt it was worth it for the location in Chandkheda. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security. The power backup is also a good feature to have. We visited a few sites in TP 44 before deciding and this one felt the most promising for a fit-time buyer. The Shilp Group seems to have a decent reputation.

While the price of 1.02 Crore is significant, we believe the location in North West Ahmedabad offegood potential. The gated community aspect and 24x7 security are non-negotiable for us. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment itself. However, the approach road to the project from the main TP 44 area could be better maintained; there is noticeable dust and construction debris from nearby sites, which is a bit of a nuisance. We hope Shilp Group addresses this soon.

The price is a bit steep, over 1 crore, but the location in Chandkheda is convenient for our IT jobs. The Shilp Group has put in car parking and 24x7 security which are essential for us. We are still a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite busy.
