My husband and I decided to finally buy our own place after renting for yeaWe chose Shilaj Residency because it offered a 2 BHK flat with a good carpet area, around 650 square feet, within our budget of approximately 36 Lakhs. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The amenities like landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. We like that it's a gated community. The main drawback we noticed is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, and we worry about finding space when guests visit. Also, the Thaltej Metro station is about 5 kilometeaway, so commuting via metro requires a short drive. Overall, it feels like a good upgrade from our rental apartment.
