    We chose Sheth Vihar Eternity primarily for its location, being right next to a Best High School. Our kids can walk there easily. We bought a 3 BHK unit, measuring about 830 square feet. The price was around 1.11 crore. The building has good security features, including 24x7 security and CCTV, which gives us peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply is also very reliable. One small issue we've faced is the parking; it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle or if visitocome over. However, the overall atmosphere is family-friendly, and the terrace garden is a nice space for everyone. The construction quality seems good from Sheth Develope
