We were looking for a 1 BHK in Pune and found Sheth Splendour Greens. The 421 to 432 square feet built-up area is perfect for us starting out. It's located on Kondhwa Road, which is developing nicely. We liked that St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is right next door, though we don't have kids yet, it’s good for future planning. The price point starting around 38.98 Lakh is within our budget. The developer, Sheth Realty, seems to be building quite a few projects. One thing that bothered me a little was the traffic on Kondhwa Road during peak houIt can get quite congested. Also, the apartment sizes are on the smaller side, but for us, it’s manageable for now.

We decided to buy a home at Sheth Splendour Greens because it is very close to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, literally nearby, which is a huge advantage for our children. We selected a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of about 698 square feet. The price was around 60 Lakhs, which was slightly higher than we initially planned but justifiable given the location. Sheth Realty has included good amenities like a children's play area and landscaping, which my kids are very excited about. The project offeclosed car parking, which is essential. The only drawback we have noticed is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hoping that will reduce once the area is fully developed. Overall, it’s a good family-oriented project.
