The 3 BHK flats are spacious, measuring 1395 sq.ft in super builtup area, which is quite generous. Having a gymnasium and a children's play area onsite is convenient. The security guards provide a sense of safety, and the power backup is a crucial amenity in this area. The location near the Firing Range on Bariatu Road is decent, but the noise from the firing range itself can be heard occasionally, which might bother some people. It’s not constant, but noticeable sometimes. Overall, it's a fair deal.
