I just moved into my 2 BHK at Shelcon Flora and it's pretty convenient. The carpet area is around 900 Sq.ft which is enough space for me. Location is okay, it's close to the bus stop which is good for getting around. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for downtime. I like that it's a gated community with 24x7 security, feels safe. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a decent place for a single peon working in Siliguri.

I am currently abroad and bought this 3 BHK apartment in Shelcon Flora for my parents. They needed a place with good healthcare access, and Neotia Getwel Multispecialty Hospital being a short distance was a major draw. The size is good, around 1400 Sq.ft, offering comfortable living space. Shelcon Properties Private Limited seems to have completed the project by May 2023, which means it's ready for them to move in soon. The gated community and 24x7 security are important as they will be living alone. The main drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which I hope will settle down soon. The Wi-Fi connectivity inside the apartment needs to be checked by my parents.

However, the parking space seems a bit limited, especially if more residents own multiple vehicles. Also, the OC is not yet available, which could be a hurdle for some buyeor for future loan facilities. I am optimistic about the rental potential.

We chose Shelcon Flora because of its proximity to Delhi Public School Siliguri, which is just a minute away. That was a huge factor for us. We bought a 3 BHK apartment, around 1300 Sq.ft, and the rooms feel spacious enough for our two children. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The community has a gymnasium and indoor games, which the kids enjoy. My main concern is the maintenance charges which seem a bit higher than expected, and they haven't received the OC yet, which is slightly worrying for future resale value. But for now, the convenience for the kids is worth it.
