    I was looking for a place closer to work and Sheladia Kingston in Odhav seemed like a good option. The location on 100Ft Ring Road is quite convenient, especially with Sardar Patel Ring Road being nearby. It makes commuting easier. I looked at the 2 BHK flats which are between 677 to 857 Sq.ft. The size is decent for one peon. Power backup is a big plus for me as I work from home sometimes. The gated community aspect also gives me a sense of security. I do worry a little about the traffic on the Ring Road during peak hou, but overall it feels like a safe and well-connected place. Construction is still ongoing, completion is expected in March 2029.

    We finally bought our fit home in Sheladia Kingston. My partner really liked the paved compound and the overall look of the project. We chose a 2 BHK flat that's around 857 Sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for us right now. Having Imperial School nearby is great for future plans. The Sardar Patel Ring Road connectivity is also a major advantage for our commutes to the IT corridor. The only slight concern is that it's still under construction, and dust from nearby sites can be a bit much sometimes. But the developer, Sheladia Projects, seems to have a good track record.
