The 1035 square feet 2 BHK apartment provides enough room without feeling overwhelming to maintain. It's Vastu compliant, which was important to my family. The location in Naroda is also decent, with good connectivity to the highways. I did find the parking area to be a bit congested, which might be an issue if you have a larger vehicle or visit frequently. Still, it’s a good option for independent living.
