We finally bought our fit home at Sheetal The Temple View in T Nagar. It is a 3 BHK Duplex and the size is 1792 Sq.ft built up, which feels quite large. The location is excellent, very close to Nandanam Metro Station, which is nearby. Also, having Venkataeswara Hospitals nearby is a big relief. The construction quality seems good, and they have included nice features like kitchen cabinets and wardrobes already done. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 3.71 Crore, but being ready to move in made us decide. The partial power backup is also a useful amenity for Chennai's weather. Overall, a good start for us.
