We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Ahmedabad and settled on Shayona Tilak IV. The 3 BHK configuration has a built-up area of 1755 square feet, which is ample for our family. We liked that it's a gated community and has essential amenities like a gymnasium and swimming pool. The location behind Vishwakarma Temple on New S. G. Road is convenient for daily commutes. However, the traffic on New S. G. Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The price point for the 3 BHK is around 79.91 Lakh, which was within our budget after some negotiation. The construction was completed around January 2013, so it’s an established property.

We finally bought our own flat at Shayona Tilak IV after yeaof renting. We chose a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1305 square feet, giving us much more space than our previous rental. The price was around 70 Lakh, which felt like a significant investment but worth it for the ownehip. Being a gated community with a swimming pool and gymnasium was important for us. It's also great that it is ready to move. The location near Chandkheda and behind Vishwakarma Temple is convenient, but finding parking can sometimes be a challenge if we have guests over, as the designated parking seems a bit tight. Still, overall, we are happy with the decision.
