We decided to buy a plot at Shathabdhi Silver Springs because of its proximity to Pallavi Model School - Alwal, which is right next door at nearby. This was a major deciding factor for us with two young children. The availability of plots in sizes like 1578 Sq.ft and 4617 Sq.ft is good. Shathabdhi Townships Pvt Ltd has also provided a children's play area and recreation facilities, which my kids are already excited about. The fact that it is ready to move is perfect for our immediate needs. The only slight drawback is the parking situation, which seems to be open car parking and might become challenging as more people move in.
