We liked the idea of a villa and Shashwat Parkshire Phase 2 seemed like a good fit for us. The 1480 square feet 3 BHK configuration is spacious enough for now. Being on the Vadodara Dabhoi Main Road is convenient for commuting. The developer, Shashwat Infraspace, has included a gym and a swimming pool, which are great amenities.
