The location in Shankarpur, Mohan Nagar is peaceful, and the project offebasic amenities like Landscaping & Tree Planting and Street Lighting. The plot sizes are reasonable, with options around 1102 Sq.ft and 1560 Sq.ft. We are happy that Sharma Developehave included Recreation Facilities, which will be nice to have. The construction is ongoing and expected to finish by December 2028. One thing that concerned me a bit was the dust from the ongoing construction work nearby, but I suppose that is normal for a project under construction. The closeness to the metro station is a plus.
