My partner and I were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Kolkata and found Shapoorji Pallonji Shukhobrishti Spriha Phase 5 And 6. We liked the idea of living in New Town, Action Area 3. The project by Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate seemed promising. We booked a 2 BHK, though the specific built-up area wasn't detailed, we felt it was sufficient for us. The price range of 20.24 L to 43.65 L fit our budget. The amenities like the children's play area and the community hall are great for future plans. However, the surrounding area does get quite dusty during construction phases of nearby projects, which is a bit annoying. We hope that improves once everything is settled.

We needed a home close to schools, and Shapoorji Pallonji Shukhobrishti Spriha Phase 5 And 6 is right next to Delhi Public School Megacity, which is a huge advantage. The 3 BHK apartments are 690 square feet, giving our children enough space to play inside. We moved in around October 2021. The price was within our expectations for a family home in this area of Kolkata. The developer, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, provided good facilities including a gated community, swimming pool, and ample landscaping. Access to hospitals like Tata Medical Center is also very close. The main road connection is decent, but sometimes getting out of New Town can take a while due to traffic congestion.

The 3 BHK unit has a built-up area of 690 square feet, which feels quite spacious for one peon. The price was around 43.65 Lakh, which was manageable with my savings. Shapoorji Pallonji Shukhobrishti Spriha Phase 5 And 6 offegood amenities like a swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The gated community aspect adds security. My only concern is the traffic getting out of New Town during peak office hou, it can be quite slow. But the metro station is only about 4 kilometeaway, so that's an option.
