Looking for a place for my kids, I found Shanthi Global City Phase 2 in Kovilpalayam. The plot sizes are decent, I looked at the 1308 Sq.ft option. It's good that it's ready to move, but the OC is not available yet, which is something to consider. The price was within my budget, around 15 Lakh for the plot I liked. Having a children's play area is a nice touch. Shanthi Infra Pvt Ltd has included 24X7 water supply which is essential. The location is developing, but the main road access could be better, it feels a bit off the beaten track right now. Still, for the price and the potential, it seems okay.
