I bought an 800 sq.ft plot, which was very affordable, around 20.76 Lakh. The project is ready to move in, which means I can plan my construction without much delay. The internal roads and landscaping are nicely done. The location is a bit outside the main hustle, but it's peaceful. It's close to RelaMS Hospital, which is good to know. This feels like a secure and sensible purchase.
