The 4 BHK apartment size is 4200 square feet built up, which is more space than I need as a single peon, but it felt secure. The location is decent, but getting to the Doordahan Kendra Metro Station takes nearby, which is a bit of a distance. I also noticed there are 7 parking spaces per flat, which seems excessive and might indicate a lack of space elsewhere or a very high density. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2028. The price is 3.44 Crore onwards.
