    We are looking for a new place for our family and Shanku Chakra Projects in Hayathnagar caught our eye. The proximity to Zee High School, literally zero kilometeaway, is a huge plus for us. We saw the 3 BHK model which is 1465 square feet, and it felt quite spacious for the kids to run around. Having Sunrise Hospitals just about 0.8 kilometeaway also gives us peace of mind. The project is still under construction and expected to finish by June 2025. Power backup and 24/7 water supply are standard but good to have. One concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which could be a bit of an issue daily.
