I bought a place in Shankheshwar Township a few months ago. As a business owner, I needed something convenient and ready to move. The location in Naroda, GIDC Naroda is decent for my operations. The amenities like Solid Waste Management And Disposal are quite practical for daily living. I also appreciate the Landscaping & Tree Planting around the complex, it makes the area feel greener. Parking can be a little tight during peak hou, but it's manageable. The 24X7 Water Supply is a huge plus, especially during the dry seasons here in Ahmedabad. Overall, it’s a functional property that meets my needs.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Shankheshwar Township. It's ready to move, which simplified the process greatly. I really like the focus on Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting; it shows the developer's commitment to sustainability. The presence of a Swimming Pool and a Community hall are great for social interaction and leisure. The location in Naroda is developing well. One thing I noticed is that the rooms feel a bit compact, but for a fit home, it’s manageable. The developer, Shankeshwar Township, seems to have paid attention to essential facilities like 24X7 Water Supply.

I bought a flat in Shankheshwar Township for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. The ready-to-move status was ideal so they could settle in immediately. The proximity to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals is a major relief for me, knowing they have good medical care nearby. The Landscaping & Tree Planting provides a serene environment for them. Solid Waste Management And Disposal is handled well, which is important for older residents. The AEC Metro Station is about 6 kilometeaway, which is not too far for occasional visits. My parents mentioned that dust from the nearby GIDC can sometimes be an issue, but they are adjusting. The developer, Shankeshwar Township, has been responsive to queries.

Moving into Shankheshwar Township was a good decision for me as a single woman. It’s ready to move, which was my priority. The flat is comfortable, and the provision for Fire Fighting System gives me peace of mind. Having Navyug Public School literally nearby is incredibly convenient, although I don't have kids yet, it's good to know it's there. Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals being so close is also a major comfort factor. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the main highway can get a bit busy during rush hour, causing some traffic delays. Otherwise, the community hall is nice for small gatherings.

I secured a unit at Shankheshwar Township in Naroda. Being a government employee, I looked for a reliable developer and a project that was ready to move. The developer, Shankeshwar Township, has delivered a solid product. The Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting systems are good environmental features. The community hall is a useful addition for residents. Street Lighting across the complex is well done. My only small concern is the noise from the nearby GIDC industrial area sometimes filtein, especially during weekdays. But considering the price point and the ready-to-move status, it’s a reasonable trade-off.

We recently purchased our fit home at Shankheshwar Township. As a young IT couple, we wanted something modern and ready to occupy. The Swimming Pool and Terrace Garden are fantastic amenities for relaxation after work. Being close to Navyug Vidhyalay is a plus for future planning. The Lift(s) are efficient and always working. We did find the car parking a bit challenging to navigate, especially for a second vehicle, but we managed to find a spot. The overall atmosphere of the project is quite pleasant, with good landscaping. Water supply has been consistent, which is important for us.
