Decided to invest in ShandeShilpa Nagar Villas after looking at several options in Chandanagar. The villas offer a good lifestyle for a business family. ShandeGroup has done a decent job with the overall layout and the inclusion of a multipurpose room is useful for small family gatherings. I appreciate the power backup facility because power cuts are common in some parts of Hyderabad during the summer. The location is excellent since it is not too far from major road networks. I do think the car parking could be slightly more spacious for larger SUVs, but it is manageable. It is a ready to move project, so I could move my family in without any hassle.

Living at ShandeShilpa Nagar Villas is very convenient because of the location in North Hyderabad. Being close to Medicover Hospitals is very reassuring for a single peon. ShandeGroup has included good amenities like a clubhouse and lift facilities even in these villas. The landscaping makes the evening walks very pleasant. I find the 24x7 security very helpful, especially since I work late shifts sometimes. The only drawback is that the price on request is a bit ambiguous and I felt it was slightly on the higher side compared to older projects nearby. Still, the quality of build is much better than what I have seen elsewhere. It is a secure and comfortable place to stay.

The clubhouse and multipurpose room are good additions, though they could be a bit bigger. We really liked that the villas are Vastu compliant, as that was a priority for our parents. Power backup and 24x7 security are provided which gives us peace of mind. The only small issue is the dust in the surrounding area due to some ongoing work in the vicinity. Overall, it feels like a nice community to settle down in for a couple like us.
