It's a gated community in Dhankawadi, Pune, and offe3 BHK villas with built-up areas ranging from 2396 Sq.ft to 3939 Sq.ft. The price for our villa was around 3.8 Cr. Having Chate Public School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital literally next door (0 KM) was a huge deciding factor for us, making school runs very easy. The community has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are already enjoying. The villas are also described as well-ventilated and vastu compliant. We are happy with the space and the convenience it offeour family.

However, the dust from nearby ongoing construction work can be a bit annoying sometimes. Still, it’s a nice place for our fit own home.
