We just moved into our 2 BHK at Shalwak Sai and are still settling in. The apartment size is around 1050 square feet which feels quite spacious for the two of us. Having 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind when we are at work. The location in Gadge Nagar is convenient enough, with Mohi Road nearby for weekend trips. The developer, Shalwak Infrastructure, seems to have a decent track record. One thing we are still getting used to is the traffic noise from the main road, especially during peak houWe are hoping to get better soundproofing done. Other than that, the gated community aspect is nice. It feels secure and well-maintained so far. We are looking forward to seeing how the area develops around us.
