The price point around 38 Lakhs for a 1638 Sq.ft unit seemed attractive for an investment. Icon Developeis the builder here. The completion date is set for March 2029, which is a long horizon, but acceptable for my investment strategy. I noticed the amenities list was not provided yet, which is a slight drawback for a project of this scale. However, the potential rental demand in the New Nikol area is what drew me in.
