We are looking at a 3 BHK apartment, which offegenerous carpet space between 794 and 847 square feet. The location is excellent, with Tata Medical Center very close by at nearby. Shakuntala Infratech LLP P is the developer, and their project is expected to be ready by March 2028. We considered the 2 BHK flats too, but preferred the extra room. The access road to the project is a bit narrow, which can be a slight inconvenience during busy times.
