I got a 2 BHK which is around 965 sq.ft, perfect for just me. The price was within my budget, around 35 Lakhs. The gym and swimming pool are great for unwinding after a long day. It’s a ready to move in project which was a big plus as I didn’t want to wait. Security is also 24x7 which gives me peace of mind when I'm not home.
