I purchased a 3 BHK villa in Shakti Springs, Bengaluru, looking for a place that felt like home. The built-up area of 2556 square feet is more than enough for me. Shakti Homes has included good amenities like a gymnasium and indoor games, which I use regularly. The 24/7 water supply and power backup are essential for my work schedule. While the project is in South Bangalore, getting to Electronic City is quite easy. My main concern is parking; it feels a bit cramped if you have guests over. The overall feel of the community is nice though, with good landscaping. It’s a good place to settle down.

Relocating to Bengaluru for work at Kauvery Hospital made me look for a new residence. Shakti Springs in Chikkathoguru Village seemed like a good option due to its proximity to Electronic City, where the hospital is located. The villas are 3 BHK with 2556 square feet built up area, which is quite generous. I appreciated the integrated fire fighting system and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance, adding to the safety aspect. The community buildings and amphitheater are nice touches for residents. The only downside is that the roads around Begur Hobli can be congested, especially during mornings and evenings when I usually travel. However, the ready-to-move status was a big plus for my immediate relocation needs.

Finally upgraded from our rental into a villa at Shakti Springs in South Bangalore. We chose this project because it's ready to move in and the completion date was March 2023. The 2556 square feet built-up area for our 3 BHK villa is a huge change for us and gives the kids much more space. The swimming pool and clubhouse are great additions for family time. We are still adjusting to the commute to our schools in Electronic City, which is about 2 kilometeaway. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houBut having Sofort International School so close is convenient for families with young children. The villa feels very solid.

As a business owner, I look for properties that offer both comfort and potential. Shakti Springs offe3 BHK villas with a substantial 2556 square feet built-up area, providing ample space. The inclusion of solar energy in their electrification plan is forward-thinking. I also liked the rainwater harvesting and water conservation features, which are responsible choices by Shakti Homes. The location in South Bangalore, near Electronic City, is strategically important for connectivity. While the project itself is well-maintained with a swimming pool and gymnasium, the approach road from the main street isn't the widest, which can be a slight inconvenience during peak houOverall, it seems like a sound investment with good amenities.

We moved into Shakti Springs a few months ago after retiring. The 3 BHK villa is quite spacious at 2556 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It's peaceful here, away from the main city noise, which is exactly what we wanted. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are beautiful, making for pleasant morning walks. Power backup is reliable, which is important for us. The only minor issue is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but overall it's a comfortable place to live. Shakti Homes seems to have focused on making it a calm environment.
