It's just a minute from the Tarapur-Anand Highway and Karamsad Bus Station, which is super convenient. I'm looking at the 3 BHK flats with a carpet area of 695 sq.ft. It feels like a good size for a fit home. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2031. Shakti Buildeis the developer. I liked the idea of a vertical garden and community hall as amenities. My main worry is that the narrow lane for close to reach the project might become congested later.
