We wanted a quiet home and the location in Balianta is perfect for our post retirement yeaWe bought a 2 BHK flat that is easy to manage and maintain. The temple inside the complex is where I spend a lot of time meeting other residents. Shakti Properties has done a good job with the layout as everything is accessible. The lift is always functional and the security staff are very respectful toward senior citizens. I do find the visitor parking to be a bit limited when we have guests over on weekends. Despite that, it is a very comfortable living environment with all necessary facilities nearby.
